Get your sweat on to R&B, hip-hop, house and reggae with a focus on breathless speed intervals and heart-pounding climbs. D Gunnz's positive atmosphere and energy will make you leave the studio with your heart pumping and fingers and feet tapping!

- More than 5 minutes late? Sorry–we’ll have to book you for another class.
- We’ve got cubbies to stash your belongings while you ride.
- We’ve got water available for purchase–or just refill your bottles with our watercooler.
- Dress to sweat! We recommend leggings, and a form-fitting tee or tank.
You have until 5pm the night before your scheduled class to cancel. Late cancellations are charged $25.
